Huocheng County Clothing Industry Park takes "government-led, industry-led, independent entrepreneurship, employment-driven" as the principle, focusing on the development of clothing industry. Up to now, more than 1500 local farmers have become skilled industrial workers. Ili Yana Garments Co., Ltd. has been stationed in Huocheng Garments Industrial Park since 2016. At present, hundreds of surplus rural labor force have been brought into employment. Ren Yue, director of Yili Yana Garment Co., Ltd., told reporters: "Since we started construction in March, more than a dozen new employees have arrived. If you are quick-handed, the salary is generally between 1500 and 2000 yuan, the highest 3000 yuan. By the end of June, Yili Prefecture had introduced 186 textile and apparel enterprises, which led to more than 13,000 employment and realized an industrial output value of 1.46 billion yuan.
